The monthly membership contract covering eligibility, service scope, activation, fees, cooling-off rights, cancellation, safety responsibilities, suspension, liability, complaints and governing law.

Explicit Health-Data Consent
A separate, unticked consent used during secure onboarding before health and readiness information is processed to assess suitability or adapt coaching.

Optional Media & Testimonial Consent
A separate optional choice for any testimonial, progress image, technique clip or case-study use. Refusal or withdrawal does not affect membership.

Important member controls
Cancellation, data and programme release
Monthly cancellation
Cancel using an available in-app control or email hello@forwardset.co.uk. Forwardset confirms the final payment position and access-end date.
14-day cooling-off period
The Terms explain the statutory cancellation period, early service requests and the separate acknowledgement required before specified digital content is supplied immediately.
Human programme release
Successful payment does not release a programme. Secure onboarding, required consent and a final coach review must also be complete.
Health-data choice
Health information is requested only through secure onboarding or coaching. Explicit consent can be withdrawn, although Forwardset may be unable to continue safely without relevant readiness information.
